ЭmЄ is currently looking for professionals, academicians and students from Humanities (Arts), Commerce, Management, Science and Engineering on contract basis for its Data Services division.
The hired people will be working from their home only and will be required to write very short articles, rewrites, small write-ups ad other such work. All the communication will be made through emails, telephones etc. For this you can even avail the services of any cybercafé near by your home. You will be hired on contractual basis and will be provided work on ‘as and when required’ basis. You will be compensated solely based upon the volume of work assigned to you. You’ll also have a very good chance of being a permanent employee, which will be decided, solely based upon the business need.
Generally, the rate of compensation will vary depending upon your quality of work delivered.
To start with, you’ll be provided with all the training material and practice exercises before assigning work. This training will be provided through emails and will have a duration of 2 to 4 weeks only depending upon your performance.

Major Terms & Conditions for Full time, Working from Home, opportunity
You will serve as Content Writer of ЭmЄ Data Services (Employment made Easy). You will have to work for 6 hours daily. However, your work timings will be of your choice. You can choose your work timings in 2 shifts also. For example, you can work from 09:00 am till 12:00 noon and from 08:00 pm till 11:00 pm. Sunday will be a holiday.
You will be eligible for a monthly salary based on the BAND of writers that you are working and only in condition of your achieving your monthly target as mentioned below.

Basic | Rs 5,000 per month |
Premium | Rs 10,000 per month |
Premium Silver | Rs 14,000 per month |
Premium Gold | Rs 18,000 per month |
Premium Diamond | Rs 25,000 per month |
Your performance will be evaluated on the basis of number of articles written per day on a monthly average basis (1 month will have all days working except Sundays), in client acceptable format. Your target will be to write 10 articles per day, on a monthly average basis, in client acceptable format. No compensation for those articles which are rejected by the client will be paid to the writer.
IN CASE YOU DO NOT ACHIEVE THE TARGET then your compensation will be proportionate to the amount of your work in that month. For example,
In case you have written 6 articles per day (on a monthly average basis) and you are working as a Premium writer, then your compensation will be Rs 6,000/-. Similarly, if you are working as a Premium Diamond writer and you have written 6 articles per day (on a monthly average basis) then your compensation will be Rs 15,000/- and similar rates for other bands.
